During his training he has achieved the level of Third Technician Degree and has planned to carry on his training and depth of knowledge within the art of Wing Chun growing so he can pass this wisdom onto his students..
He is passionate about his training and yours and look forward to introducing you to Wing Chun

Sifu Jason Cooper takes a tailored approach to teaching both children and adults in Wing Chun. For children, his emphasis is on safety, education, and building life skills, such as confidence, self-esteem, and non-violent solutions to bullying. His classes for children are structured to be fun and engaging while fostering important developmental milestones. This includes programs like the "Bully Proof Programme," which helps children learn self-defense while promoting non-aggressive resolutions

For adults, his focus shifts to practical self-defense and personal growth. Wing Chun is adapted to fit the individual, rather than requiring the individual to fit the art, making it accessible for a wide range of students. His teachings also improve focus, spatial awareness, coordination, and stress reduction. This holistic approach helps adults not only gain martial arts skills but also develop greater inner calm and confidence
